23 Quarter Horses was born out of a passion for horse riding. Based in Incisa Scapaccino (in the province of Asti, Piedmont), we grow up and take care of our horses in every way.
The 2026 IRHA-FISE Regions' Cup experienced another intense, exciting, and hard-fought edition in our splendid setting of 23 Quarter Horses, with APCR Piemonte Liguria Valle d'Aosta and the FISE Piemonte Regional Committee playing a leading role in welcoming teams, riders, coaches, owners, and enthusiasts from all over Italy.
Piedmont welcomes Italian Reining!
There are events that are measured against a ranking.
And then there are events that endure for what they create around the competition.
The 2026 IRHA-FISE Regions' Cup was both: competition, teamwork, sporting excitement, but also encounter, territory, belonging, and sharing.
For the second consecutive edition, the event found a home with us, chosen by APCR... a location capable of hosting Italian Reining with space, organization, and an atmosphere worthy of one of the most exciting events of the season.
APCR Piemonte Liguria Valle d’Aosta experienced this edition with the dual pride of those who took to the arena with their own team and, at the same time, welcomed all the other regional representatives.
A lively Cup, fought to the very end.
The victory went to Campania, with ACCR 2.0 Campania Reining – Pizza & Babà, first with 33.5 points at the end of a day built run after run.
Following them, ARAM Abruzzo Marche Umbria – No More War - Horses took a resounding second place with 31.5 points, keeping the title battle alive until the final part of the competition.
Behind the top two, the battle for the podium was equally intense, with third place tied for LRHA – Lazio Reining Heroes and TRHA 2030 Toscana, both with 26.0 points.
It was a true, lively Cup, never predictable.
One of those days when every run could still make a difference, and where the value of the team weighed at least as much as the talent of the individual pairs.
The Knights of the House of Savoy and the pride of APCR.
For APCR, the Regions' Cup was not just an event to organize, but also an arena to live in its colors.
The APCR Piemonte Liguria Valle d'Aosta – I Cavalieri di Casa Savoia team, led by coach Barbara Cuniolo, represented the region with presence, commitment, and a sense of belonging, bringing to the field the identity of an association that continues to work for the growth of regional Reining.
The Piedmontese team was composed of Leonardo Cuniolo with Doctor Sawdust in the Rookie #2 category, Gaia Giannuzzi with Pretty Nic in the Rookie #1 category, Samuele Varale with Elektra Step in the Youth 14-18 category, Domenico Giannitti with Shine Gun N Rose in the Intermediate Non Pro category, Simone Filippini with GD Starjac Dunnit in the Intermediate Open category, Massimo Nantiat with Blu Spatty Rooster in the Limited Non Pro category, and Elena Baldi with PRH Mister Whiz in the Limited Open category.
In such a unique competition, where the final standings are determined by the team's best contributions, every presence counts. It matters who enters the arena, who supports, who accompanies, who keeps the group together even in the most intense moments.
And this is precisely the spirit that APCR has brought on and off the field: being there, representing, welcoming.
A second consecutive edition as host
Hosting the IRHA-FISE Regions' Cup for two consecutive years is more than just an organizational achievement.
It's a responsibility.
It means preparing an event capable of welcoming different regions, different needs, different expectations. It means focusing not only on the competition, but on everything that makes it possible: the secretariats, the timing, the spaces, the audience, the teams, the awards, the communication, and that sense of belonging that makes each team feel part of something bigger.
Thanks come from the APCR Piedmont Liguria Valle d'Aosta Regional Council... which expresses great satisfaction with the success of the event and the work done by everyone who contributed to the organization of the 2026 IRHA-FISE Regions' Cup:
Special thanks go to the FISE Piedmont Regional Committee, the 23 Quarter Horses organization, and all the volunteers, collaborators, and professionals who made the event possible, accompanying teams and spectators on a day of sport, excitement, and belonging.
APCR also thanks the national FISE, IRHA, and its secretariat for their support, organizational work, and commitment to enhancing an event that represents one of the most important moments in the national Reining calendar.
A thought of gratitude also goes to all the participating regional associations, coaches, riders, owners, families, and enthusiasts who filled this edition with color, stories, and team spirit.
APCR Piemonte Liguria Valle d'Aosta welcomes this edit...
